event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical

within 3 DAYS of receiving damaged or defective merchandise for an
immediate replacement. All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from

out of stock items:

rare occasions, items could become out of stock. If this happens you
may choose to get a COMPLETE 100% REFUND, exchange with different item,
or wait for the next shipment of new items to restock.

Shipping and handling
Shipping
is a fixed amount for UPS Ground for the 48 United States. That does
not include shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO and APE.
Just about every item will be shipped within 1-2 business days,
following receipt of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for
delivery.
claims
lost orders:
It
doesn't happen often, but carriers such as UPS, truck lines and Parcel
Post do lose orders. If you have placed an order and have not received
it in a reasonable period, please call Chantellesale.com at once.
returns and exchanges:
You
can return an item within 7 days of receipt of goods for a full credit
towards your next purchase or for a refund of the purchase price less a
5% restocking fee. You will need to contact us for a RMA number, we
will not accept any returns without a RMA number and we regret shipping
costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be sent to us
prepaid, we cannot accept freight collect items. Please remember all
returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in their original
condition with the tags still attached You will need to enclose your
order/invoice number and/or a copy of your RMA e-mail with your return.
We will issue a full refund for the purchase price less a 5% restocking
fee on any product you return that meets these above conditions. For
your protection, please use United Parcel Service or insured parcel
post for return shipments.
